Office Bearers

The Sub-Committee is responsible for overseeing membership applications, transfers, resignations, and all other matters related to membership. All decisions and recommendations made by the Sub-Committee are subject to endorsement by the General Committee.

It consists of five members; with at least four from the General Committee.

The Election Sub-Committee is empowered to formulate, amend and revise terms and conditions of membership for endorsement by the General Committee.

The Social & Entertainment Sub-Committee is tasked with promoting the Club’s various social activities by organizing annual festive events and the Annual Dinner.

Additionally, this Sub-Committee is dedicated to continually improving fitness and lifestyle activities for members. It is the responsibility of this committee to ensure that entertainment programs are successfully carried out.

This sub-committee shall consist of no less than five members.

The House & Grounds Sub-Committee is responsible for advising on the improvement of the Club’s amenities, ensuring the proper maintenance of Club property, and making sure that no unauthorized persons are allowed on the Club premises.

The Sports Sub-Committee, under the Honorary Club's Captain's Chairmanship, ris esponsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and development of all sports-related activities and events within the Club. This Sub-Committee governs various sports activities and Sporting Sections within the Club. The Sub-Committee also works to enhance the overall sporting experience for members by introducing new activities and fostering a spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie

The Finance Sub-Committee consists of no less than five members. Its primary role is to advise the General Committee on matters relating to finance.

This committee devises means to ensure the Club maintains a sound financial position.

The sub-committee scrutinizes the Club’s general and special expenditures. It also updates the General Committee regularly on membership areas.
